FERC Responds to Rhode Island State Senators' Questions Regarding Weaver's Cove LNG Project

FERC released its response to several Rhode Island state senators who raised questions regarding the Weaver's Cove LNG import project. The response, dated March 19, 2009, provides a status update on FERC?s environmental review of the offshore berthing proposal and provides a summary of the agency's efforts to solicit comments from Rhode Island stakeholders. FERC's response is available under Docket No. CP04-36 in the Commission's eLibrary.
