This is a rather old video, but I finally found a place to hold it, so here it is.  You can find more info here.  The first guy speaking, mentions the Alaska .v. Doe case, and stated there was overwhelming evidence that pedophiles reoffend.  Well, for true pedophiles, that may be the case, but not all those on the sex offender registry are pedophiles either (See Here)!  And we're talking about the sex offender registry and registration laws, not just pedophiles.  ...
