Legal Commentary

As with my last run here at PB, I've enjoyed having the chance to pontificate. Unfortunately, though, I'm going to have to call it a guest visit now. I'd hoped to have more time to spend on politics-oriented posts, but various personal and professional obligations have prevented me from spending as much time as I'd have liked (I don't even have time to read the NYT every day anymore, which is something I never thought I'd write!).

Frankly, I'm embarrassed not only that I mis-remembered McCain's handling of the Swift Boat business in 2004,  but also that it took a commenter to provide the link to a correction. I work hard not to be a half-assed scholar, and if I don't have the time to be a full-assed blogger, I'd just as soon not do it. I don't enjoy writing updates conceding mistakes, and it takes more time than you might imagine to blog without making them.

So, I want to thank Dan and the PB crew for giving me another chance, and I want to thank those of you who read and commented on my posts this time around....You won't have Jonah Gelbach to kick around anymore! (Adam, that's a joke.)
