- Standard Setting Event (STARTING NOW): The FTC’s recent decision in N-Data raises a number of dramatically important issues for how patent holders should operate during a standard setting process. - IDS Rules Status: We expected new IDS rules to be implemented in January. We have no word on when or whether those will be forthcoming.
