Yoda: 'Size Matters Not' in Brothel Appeal

A federal appeals court exercised some levity Wednesday when it referred to Star Wars character Yoda when upholding an Illinois couple's convictions for running a brothel called the Royal Health Spa in Rockford, Illinois.

"Size matters not," 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge Frank Easterbrook wrote (.pdf) in upholding the pair's sentences.
