ADVERTISEMENTS
Why not create a closed-circuit Twitter account for your law firm? Make everyone create a unique profile. Make them all private. Everyone friends each other within the firm network; no one else is allowed to follow. When someone comes in, he or she should update his profile to indicate what case he's working on; and what she's doing with the case. You as law firm manager can sit in your office to see who's doing what. If you're curious about something, Ctrl+F the name of the client to see who's on it. You can also see who started what, and when, to keep everyone honest about what they've been doing.Cons?Full post as published by Crime & Federalism on March 11, 2009 (boomark / email).
