Changes to credit card law coming up (Colorado Springs Gazette)

One of the more annoying aspects of credit card law is that card issuers can change the terms of a credit card account with only 15 days' notice. And, the required notice can be (and usually is) presented in a way that pretty much guarantees it will never be read or understood.
