Cynthia Burch joins Katten corporate practice as partner

Cynthia_l_burch Cynthia L. Burch joins Katten Muchin as a Los Angeles-based partner in its national corporate practice with an emphasis on environmental, land use and public-private partnership law.

Burch focuses on several areas in administrative law, including environmental compliance, compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the California Environmental Quality Act.  She was counsel for utility company Southern California Edison, energy and chemical company clients Shell, BP/ARCO, and Conoco Phillips and transportation company BNSF Railway.

Burch was previously at Munger Tolles.
