Enterprise to buy Advantage assets out of bankruptcy

St. Louis Business Journal Enterprise Rent-A-Car said Tuesday it plans to buy certain assets of Advantage Rent-A-Car out of bankruptcy for $19 million. The deal gives Enterprise the ability to close or continue to operate any of Advantage's rental car facilities. Enterprise could also take ownership of the right to lease all or part of Advantage's rental vehicle fleet; access to customer lists; Web address; corporate accounts; Yellow Pages advertising; and trade secrets, Enterprise said.
