: Expressio UniusMcCain Beats Clinton, Obama
By wt
McCain v. Hillary: 46.9 to 45
McCain v. Obama: 44.6 to 44.
Again, it's very early. There are undecideds leaning both ways, a campaign yet to happen, and a lot of talking points to go around before November, 2008.
But in a year where the GOP is largely considered the inevitable loser, it's interesting that their likely candidate is beating both of the major Democratic candidates.
UPDATE:
Thanks to the commenters who saw that my numbers appeared to be wrong. Unfortunately for me, several new polls were added after I made the post this morning.
As of 1:08 PST, Obama is now leading McCain 44.9 to 43.9. And McCain's lead on Hillary is now 46.0 to 44.4.
Things change fast!
