ADVERTISEMENTS

It is my great pleasure to welcome Tim Zinnicker into the Faculty Lounge.  to sit with us for spell.

Tim teaches with Kathy Bergin at South Texas College of  Law in Houston.   He joined them in 1994 (the same year I entered teaching) and teaches in the areas of Secured Transactions, Payment Systems, Consumer Bankruptcy, and Banking Law.  He was educated atCentral Missouri and Brigham Young Law School and clerked for Justice Frank Gordon of the Arizona Supreme Court and Judge Edith Holmes of the United States Court of Appels (Fifth Circuit).  He's also taught at Samford University, Florida State University, the University of Houston, and the University of Richmond.  He is the co-author of a Payment Systems casebook and two books in the Lexis Q&A series, as well as numerous articles in such reviews as the Arizona State Law Journal, The Business Lawyer, the Kansas Law Review, the Missouri Law Review, and the Tennessee Law Review, among many others.

I'm really looking forward to Tim's wit and wisdom.
