Maryland, Baltimore County Seek Rehearing in AES Sparrows Point LNG Proceeding

ADVERTISEMENTS
The State of Maryland and Baltimore County have filed separate requests for rehearing of FERC's decision to conditionally approve the planned AES Sparrows Point LNG import terminal. Both requests are available under Docket No. CP07-62 in the FERC eLibrary and the Baltimore Sun provides additional coverage.
