An East Moline, Illinois nursing home employee is facing a felony sexual assault charge for an alleged elderly abuse incident involving an 82-year-old female resident. Police were called to the nursing home to investigate the alleged sexual assault. This alleged elderly sexual abuse took place at the Parkview Terrace nursing home in East Moline. Currently, Levin & Perconti has a nursing home negligence suit against this home. Levin & Perconti filed the suit after a resident wrongfully died.
