And UK judges have given the green light to suppress the evidence of torture thereby allowing Honky Obama to continue the Bush regime.

The Lord Justice Thomas and Mr Justice Lloyd Jones decision is a national disgrace. They have allowed hearsay evidence to overturn to rule of law. This is a breach of Mr Binyam Mohammed's human rights. Since when has "I am saying, that they are saying" been acceptable as evidence in a court of law? These two judges have suppressed evidence which the defence holds and which the claimant is entitled to by law.

Margaret Thatcher has said, that in the UK we do not give into terrorist threats. How times have changed. It needs to be established whether David Miliband is lying, or the terrorist threat from President Obahama is genuine.

My Lords, perhaps you need to clarify this statement and show in what way ?the public of the United Kingdom would be put at risk?. All I can see is that this withholding of evidence has put the UK at risk of being ridiculed throughout the rest of Europe and the world. Save for America, which has become a terrorist state.

Richard Ford and Francis Elliott have been writing on legal issues for long enough to know that the judgment of a court and the judgement of the Foreign Secretary are spelled differently for a reason.
