Nancy Kileffer Withdraws

The third Obama nominee with tax problems withdrew from the OMB this morning, saying:

"[M]y personal tax issue of D.C. Unemployment tax could be used to create exactly the kind of distraction and delay those duties must avoid."

Yes, I suppose that's right. Just like Blagojevich's massive corruption was used to create a distraction that led to his impeachment and ban from elected office, and a murderer's crime is used to create the grounds to send him or her to prison.
