Munger promotes two to partner

Munger Tolles promoted Katherine Forster and Fred Rowley Jr. to partner at their Los Angeles office.

Forster represents employers in class actions, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment litigation and appellate matters. Forster is the president-elect of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and a trustee of the L.A. County Bar Association. She joined the firm in 2002 after clerking for Central District Judge Edward Rafeedie.

Rowley focuses on appellate litigation, complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Rowley worked on criminal appeals at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles from 2002-2006. He is the president-elect of the Federal Bar Association of Los Angeles and co-chairs its Ninth Circuit appellate practice program that trains lawyers to practice before the federal Court of Appeals.
