House Passes $819 Billion Economic Stimulus Bill, 244-188; No GOP Support

Similarly, Clinton’s first budget passed with no GOP support either.

Boyd, Bright, Cooper, Ellsworth, Griffith, Kanjorski, Kratovil, Minnick, Peterson, Shuler, Taylor
