Woman who was Involved with Minor and Sex Offender Receives Probation

A 19 year old Wisconsin woman will receive two years of probation, but no jail time for her participation in "three-way sexual encounters" with a 15-year-old girl and a sex offender. From the Sheboygan Press: Johanna N. Peters, of 23 Victor Court, was sentenced Monday by Judge Gary Langhoff to probation and 80 hours of community service on two counts of misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault. The charges carried a maximum penalty of 18 months behind bars.Criminal complaints filed against Peters and her live-in boyfriend, sex offender Andrew D. Niemi, 25, say the couple had sexual encounters with the Elkhart Lake girl on three occasions in August. Niemi was sentenced Jan. 13 to six months in jail and three years probation on a count of felony third-degree sexual assault...continue to full post
