In its inauguration package, the New York Times has a short piece on the Presidential oath.  Hey, here's an idea!  While you're at it, why not also look up my recent piece in the Northwestern University Law Review's Colloquy called Honor's Constitutional Moment: The Oath and Presidential Transitions.  A slightly longer version is available at my SSRN page.  And please check the Colloquy web site in the coming weeks for more pieces in an online symposium on presidential transitions.
