Illinois Post-General Report Exceedances

(Supplemental Update to MUR 6142)

Dear Sir or Madam:

This is a supplemental update to complaint, MUR 6142, pertaining to the Presidential Campaign Funds of Barack Obama.  It is based on FEC files downloaded from the website for Post-General funds for the state of Illinois.

There were 149 exceedances of the $4,600 limit identified, totaling $182,737, based on the Post?General Reporting (Table I) versus 77 exceedances totaling $91,292 based on the Pre-General Reporting.

The American People need an audit of the Obama for America (C00431445) and Obama Victory Fund (C00451393).  We are depending on the FEC to assure compliance with fair practices.  Please audit the Obama Presidential Campaign Funds.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
