Can someone visit Madelyn Dunham's brother in Chicago and have him sign consent for release of docs?

CalifGirlInMaine replies:Today, 10:15:38 AM?Information about Stanley Ann and Madelyn Dunham? Not on line, that I know of (and I am a family genealogist), except the Social Security Death Index. The genealogist would rely on death certificates to verify facts.

Madelyn's brother lives in Chicago, I can't think of his name right now. He would be entitled to request death certificates for his sister and niece. I don't know if cousins would be, or if there are cousins
