3. January 5, 2008   "Cash Now Pusher" Northeast Settlement Funding Website now substitutes local area code 413 cell phone number attributed to Daniel Giniewski 181 W Street #R4 Ware, MA 01082 (413)262-7245. Another address now appears on the website.

Despite the apparent overnight "window dressing" NSSTA member Christopher Seeley is listed on the registration of the Northeast Settlement Funding website.

OPINION

While factoring is not illegal, serious questions exist over the validity of the use of "cash now" advertising. It is fraudulent in this author's opinion, because it has been documented by several factoring companies that "now" isn't really now. For an NSSTA member, like Christopher Seeley to adopt the financial crack dealers' "cash now" moniker is a disgrace.
