Sorry, my gun-loving friends. There's no right to carry a emconcealed/em weapon under uHeller/u. a href="http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/opinions/documents/A120721.PDF"At least in California/a.br /br /This is not a surprise for anyone familiar with the Supreme Court's holding. The right to possess a gun in one's home for self-defense is a bit different from the right to possess a concealed weapon in public. But this is the first post-uHeller/u appellate case in the California Court of Appeal to so hold. So I thought it was worth at least brief mention.br /br /So, if you've got 'em, keep those weapons at home. Or out in the open.
