It took a while, but Dean Chemerinsky finally rebuts Walpin and Kuntz in the Letters section of today's NLJ.  You can also read his opinions about the Blagojevich wiretaps and the Renzi charges. And if that's not enough, his name was among those floated in a suggestion to the Obama administration to nominate legal scholars to the Federal Appeals Court.

Maybe honorary Cub status isn't far behind after all ...
