State Initiative Tracking Update

By Phil

ADVERTISEMENTS

Originally, americamustknow.com began an important project over which I’ve taken ownership — the increasingly popular Current Lawsuit Listing, an easy-to-follow outline of eligibility-based lawsuits that is updated as frequently as I receive credible information.

Following up on this, I am now introducing the Current State Initiative Listing page based on the same concept, except for tracking the various initiatives that are springing up around the country, whereby State legislators — and common citizens — are beginning to introduce an enforcement mechanism in order to help reform America’s State-based electoral system. As of this posting, there are now four States with active initiatives.

Another one of my categories that parallels these initiatives is candidate qualifications. This category is where I’ve stored highlighted references to the great yeoman’s work that Justin Riggs at yourfellowcitizen.com has done with his inquiries into Secretaries of State offices across the nation asking, essentially, “who’s responsible for certifying candidate eligibility?”

As you may have noticed, all of this is a group effort. While my blogroll includes a number of sites I monitor for news-making information, I also rely on other concerned citizens to help out. So, as I’ve provided near the top of my sidebar, if you have verifiable information, feel free to contact me: phil at therightsideoflife dot com (spelled out so as to fool email spam bots!).

Many, many thanks again to the thousands of you who daily read these posts. May we all continue to “question everything, in love, for the truth” and, once we’ve found the truth, may we hold onto it for dear life.

All the best,

-Phil
