9. Stone Street Capital  (ostensibly "believe" to err is human but "cash now" is "bovine")

11. Imperial Structured Settlements

Consumers and tort victims should not be mislead into believing that they can get cash now by these false advertisers. You must obtain Court approval to be able to transfer your structured settlement payment rights to any of these companies. There aren't mobile kangaroo courts all over the country waiting to put their stamp of approval on your deal. It takes time. Any representative of these companies who pushes "cash now" is simply full of it.
