An admirable anniversary

BoardBuzz was happy to be reminded by the Associated Press (via YouTube) of the 52nd anniversary of the day Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat on a Montgomery, Ala. bus for a white passenger. Her simple act lead to a year-long boycott of the buses by blacks and became a symbol of the Civil Rights Movement. BoardBuzz remembers and applauds Parks' actions.
