: Legal Pad | LAFormer Heller partner joins Proskauer's Los Angeles office

Proskauer Rose LLP announced yesterday that Steven O. Weise, a former Heller Ehrman partner specializing in finance and commercial law, has joined their Los Angeles office.
Mr. Weise is the latest partner to join Proskauer's Los Angeles office, which recently welcomed Nancy Sher Cohen and Rene Siemens to its Insurance Coverage Practice Group.
Weise is a leading authority on the Uniform Commercial Code, contract law, e-commerce and legal opinion letters. He specializes in financings, workouts, sales, equipment leasing, letters of credit, commercial paper and investment securities.
