Britney Spears' Los Angeles County Child Custody Battle Continues

Britney Spears? Custody Battle It is unlikely that Britney Spears will regain child custody in Los Angeles County or have her visitation increased anytime soon, due to her father having been awarded permanent conservatorship and retaining control of her finances. This order was made due to her problems that arose in January, when she was hospitalized for 5150 (being a danger to herself and to others) and was accused of using drugs. According to her attorney, it is unlikely that the current custody order will change because the court is stating she cannot take care of herself, then she will not be able to take care of her children.
