: Legal Pad | LAThreatened species of snake among reasons for halting Lake Arrowhead development
By Richard Binder
The California Fourth District Court of Appeals recently upheld a San Bernardino Superior Court 2005 ruling that the county disregarded part of its general plan when it approved a development on Lake Arrowhead without first requiring the completion of an evacuation route.
