: Kansas Death Penalty Focus

You may have noticed that I'm not posting links to newspapers and television coverage of hearings in capital cases as often as I used to. I have decided to stop providing links to these stories (except in rare occasions). This site is OPPOSED to the death penalty. However, based on some of the comments I've received and in tracking where people are coming from and going to it's clear that some people are using this site to find news stories for what in my opinion is a sick interest in the death of the victims in these cases and the potential death of the accused. I'll keep you up to date on relevant matters in the abolition movements, major issues in Kansas, and of course trials will be covered. But the "day to day" coverage of preliminary hearings and motions will be minimal hence forth.continue to full post
