JAABLOG spoke to Mardi Levey Cohen today.  She is not pursuing the special election, which means Judge Bober's election stands free and clear.Mardi feels she is entitled to the special election, but believes it would be too costly for the taxpayers and generally counterproductive at this time.  She prefers to focus her energies on the upcoming 2010 election season.Mardi called Bernie yesterday to give him the news and congratulate him on his victory.  She says she really got to know him on the campaign trail and knows he will do a tremendous job on the bench.    This one is finally over.                                    VIVA BROWARD'S NASCENT DEMOCRATIC MOVEMENT! continue to full post
