Spa or Courthouse?

The Appalachian Mountains are known for their superior spas -- the Greenbrier, Snowshoe Mountain, Berkeley Springs, and now the Morgan County Courthouse.

The Morgan County Commission received federal money to build a geothermal system to heat and cool the new courthouse. It is hoped that the project will serve as a model for other counties.

No word on what Big Coal thinks about the plan, or whether litigants will be able to schedule facials after their pretrial conferences.
