Activist Clive Kelly's London home ?sold without his knowledge?

London An environmental activist told the High Court that his flat in West Kensington, West London, was sold without his knowledge while he was campaigning in the Amazon rainforest. Clive Kelly, 68, told deputy judge Mark Pelling, QC, he had not seen a penny of the proceeds. Mr Kelly is claiming that Ibrahim Bakir, a Turkish businessman, used the power of attorney he gave him to sell the flat and that the man who bought the property, Arshad Mahmood, an estate agent, and a neighbour, Keith Steward, were involved in a conspiracy to defraud him.
