In what way will the One-Stop-Shop System affect the EU internal market?

Dear Sirs We are 4 law students at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden, and are writing to you regarding the future legislation about the One-Stop-Shop Scheme. We hope that you, or someone else, could answer a few questions for us: 1. In what way will the One-stop-shop system affect the internal market in the EU? 2.What are the advantages of the One-Stop-Shop system? 3.What are the disadvantages of the One-Stop-Shop system? 4. Who will benefit the most from the One-Shop-Stop Scheme? The Traders, the Member States or the Union? 5.In what way will the scheme affect the relations to non-EU members? 6.Will these measures be enough to reach the wished effect on the internal market, or will further harmonization be needed? (like in the USA).
