ADVERTISEMENTS
The Fourth Circuit, in DIRECTV, Inc. v. Tolson, refused last week to delve into the arena of NC state taxation. DIRECTV and Echostar Satellite, LLC brought suit, arguing that a state taxation system was unconstitutional.
