Judicial Council sees need for 31 new judges San Bernardino and Riverside, 5 in L.A.

The Judicial Council is expected to approve a report that finds California's trial courts need 327 more judges, serving as the basis for an eventual request for an additional 100 judgeships in the state.

Five new judges would be requested to go to Los Angeles, while Riverside and San Bernardino would get 31 new judges.
