Colorado Senator Calls for Federal Judge's Resignation

U.S. Senator Ken Salazar (D-CO) is publicly urging Chief U.S. District Judge Edward Nottingham Jr. of the District of Colorado to resign over allegations that he tried to persuade a former prostitute to lie about paying her for sex to investigators. TalkLeft has a post suggesting that the Judge will in fact resign. Judge Nottingham is probably best-known for presiding over the trial of former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio.
