The murky Albuquerque courthouse scandal saga continues!
Today, former New Mexico state senator Manny Aragon pleaded guilty to conspiracy and mail fraud. As part of the plea agreement, he will spend 67 months in prison.
That leaves only one person left to stand trial. That person (so far, anyway) is Michael Murphy, the courthouse construction project manager.
