Reserve Yield Plus Fund: A Promise to Liquidate

By Vincent Imbesi

ADVERTISEMENTS

The Reserve issued a press release today indicating that the Yield Plus fund will be liquidated. The company promised not to liquidate the fund at "fire sale" prices, but did not release any information regarding the NAV investors will receive.

We continue to press TDAmeritrade on behalf of investors that purchased the Reserve Yield Plus fund. Our clients' damages will be determined by the NAV used for liquidation. Investors that wish to join the fight, can contact attorney Vincent Imbesi.
