Caldwell Loses Another Lawsuit

Stop me if you've heard this one before: Caldwell has lost another lawsuit. This time, though, Litigious Larry Caldwell let his wife Jeanne do the family duty of filing a lawsuit that gets dismissed. The 9th circuit court of appeals has upheld the district court ruling dismissing the case for lack of standing (see ruling here).

As usual, I don't like seeing cases get dismissed based on the court's artificial and unjustified standing doctrine. The case should have been dismissed because it was simply wrong, not because the plaintiff lacked standing. But I'm still chuckling at the Caldwells losing yet another lawsuit. Must be something about the name Larry.
