The Sun Sentinel reports HEREon our favourite Federal Blogger, David O Markus with a K, and the gag order issued in the Liberty City Seven case.Lenard issued a "gag order" that included Queen Elizabeth, Janet Reno, Sylvester Stallone, "every resident in any zip code that begins with 3..." most of the Lower Parliament of New Zealand, as well as to victorious Liberty City Seven Lawyer Joel DeFabio "and his agents." Mr. Markus, having decided to represent Mr. DeFabio, is of the opinion that along with the members of the New Zealand House Of Representatives, he is now officially gagged from blogging about the Liberty City Seven Trial.
