Solo Practice

An update

I haven’t been updating Practical Lawyering much, lately, because I’ve been doing some practical lawyering. I’ve actually had some legal business to attend to for a nice change.

I’ve also come to the realization that I need to specialize my practice, and to that end, a practice blog would be helpful. Therefore, please meet Cyberblawg.

I had initially thought about practicing in a few different, extremely different areas: estate planning, information technology and criminal defense. After chatting with colleagues and wrestling with practicalities, I’ve decided to focus my practice on computer and Internet law, related intellectual property matters, as well as criminal defense that I might find along the way. Cyberblawg will focus on computer and Internet law, as well related technologies. I plan to devote most of my blogging energies to that enterprise, for now. Please visit me there.
