View the article here 10/03/2008 CLEVELAND -- A prison guard was sentenced Friday to seven years in prison for raping an inmate and inappropriately touching two others at the Northeast Pre-Release Center in Cleveland. A Cuyahoga County Common Pleas jury found Johnny Fortson, 45, guilty Thursday of three counts of rape, three counts of sexual battery and three counts of gross sexual imposition for assaults that took place between September 2006 and January 2007.
