Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, a mid-size law firm focusing exclusively on Intellectual Property law, is actively seeking lateral litigation associates for its offices located in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and 2-6 years of experience litigating complex patent and/or other intellectual property matters. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. A technical background is strongly preferred. At present, the firm?s litigation group includes twenty-one attorneys who focus their practice almost exclusively on litigation.
