If you were getting ready to pull out your copy of the Kama Sutra, shame on you. Geez. This is a family program. We were talking about your position on class actions. 

You can learn about positioning the class action for early success at American Conference Institute’s upcoming seminar entitled, “Positioning the Class Action for Early Success.”

Nobody knows more about positions (again, we are speaking of  class action positions) than our own Anthony Rollo. He will be a featured speaker at ACI’s October seminar. Anthony will be telling all he knows about assessing strategic venue considerations triggered by CAFA and addressing unresolved CAFA issues affecting class actions today. If you want to know what Anthony knows about positions other than class action positions, you will have to catch him in the bar.

The seminar starts on Monday, October 27, 2008, with a primer on class actions. The seminar continues through Tuesday, October 28, 2008, discussing topics such as trends in class action litigation, challenging and defeating certification, managing data and discovery, and judicial perspectives on class action litigation.

Where will this take place, you ask? Firesky Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. Scottsdale in October? Sounds good right? Learn about class actions, play a little golf, maybe hit the spa. Who said you can’t learn and have fun? Besides, you will probably return so relaxed that you will be limber enough to try some new positions.
