Any Takers?

By James Eccleston

ADVERTISEMENTS

Friends,

I want to take more risk in my law practice.  After all, risk is good; the higher the risk, the higher the reward.  But, I fear that I may fail.  That's too bad, because the more risk I take, the more investors I can serve, and the more money I can make.

If there only was a way for me to take on cases that I otherwise would not have taken on; what's an aggressive, capitalistic lawyer to do?

Friends, would you be willing to contribute money to fund my (higher risk-taking) law practice?  In return, I will give myself full indemnity for civil and criminal actions that you or anyone may bring against me.  I also will concede to allowing me to pay myself any "golden parachute" exit packages to which I think I am entitled.  And I also will agree not to burden my contributors with financial or accounting reports to show you how I am spending your money.

Any takers?  Thanks, in advance, for your financial support.
