Class Action
: ClassLawBlog.comCompuCredit Credit Card Investigation
By classlawblog
Finkelstein Thompson LLP is currently investigating potential misrepresentations by CompuCredit, Inc. in the advertising of its credit cards.
CompuCredit markets the following credit cards through direct mail and the Internet: (1) Aspire, (2) Aspire A Mas; (3) FreedomCard, (4) Tribute; (5) Imagine; (6) Majestic; (7) Aspen; (8) Emerge; and (9) Fingerhut Credit Advantage.
It is believed that CompuCredit may have misrepresented the credit limits on its credit cards, failed to disclosure the up-front fees charged for some of its credit cards, and failed to disclose how certain transactions could adversely affect the available credit on the credit cards.
If have obtained a credit card through CompuCredit, we welcome inquiries concerning your rights and interests in this matter. Please contact our Washington, D.C. office at 202-337-8000 or by email.
