View the article here 09/20/2008 When I had my vegetable garden, one of the biggest challenges was weeds and keeping them under control. By this time of the year, it was hard to tell the weeds from the plants, because the plants were fading and the weeds had pretty much taken over the garden. I remember one year, though, when my sister-in-law came to visit from Lebanon, I gained a greater appreciation of weeds. One of the weeds that grew prolifically in my garden was purslane...
