Louisiana The second post spotlights that we will have two more briefs to read this afternoon in the Kennedy child rape rehearing case.  As regular readers know from some of prior posts linked below, I was not too impressed by the Court's work in Kennedy.  I am very much looking forward to seeing how it will be defended.
